are obvious at Lighting Met. The policy of the company is to supply products and
services that exceed in quality at reasonable prices.
After a detailed market research, Lighting Metning decided in 1994 to offer a modern and
efficient alternative to the standard commerce with lighting products for people who want
to decorate and arrange their environments. In this respect the first showroom was opened
in Bucharest.
Because of the economical environment development, year 2000 has been an important
step in developing and consolidating the company.
With tenacity, creativity, earnest, passion, promptitude they managed to build a strong
reputation among clients, suppliers and partners- very solid companies interested in
permanent technical innovation, product quality and design.
The firm had a permanent grow over the last years. It owns 15 showrooms all over the
country, and it intends to launch there more until the end of the year. Over 20000 of
products from 200 foreign suppliers are set out on a total area of 10000 square meters.
The showroom is completed with its own warehouse that has an area of 3000 square
meters.
The fast and efficient service for the clients is very important. Therefore the most of the
products are already in stock allowing an immediately delivery. Also for the order
product, the delivery time is extremely short.
Having the biggest percentage of lighting products import in Romania, Atas is
considered to be the market leader in this area.
In summer 2005 the company opened the Atas Lighing Elite, which is considered by
experts and other people, the most luxurious modern and innovator Romanian showroom
for lighting products, and one of the most luxurious from Europe. With over 1100 square
meters area, Atas Lighing Elite is located in Otopeni. There you can find products from
the most famous international brands.
The desire to satisfy the Romanian lighting market with the best way possible,
determined them to have a new approach on the market. There are created unique lighting
products with Atas signature for special projects. Also, they will launch a new showroom
dedicated to new technological products for lighting in 2006.
The companys high-quality products add value for the clients, the internal proceedings
being permanently controlled and improved.
All these transformed Lighting Meting into a professional company which has one goal:
to anticipate and satisfy even the most pretentious clients desires.

1. The denomination of the company is S.C LIGHTING MET S.R.L and is set up through
the authentication of the present status and the society contract in concordance with law
no..31/1990 regarding commercial societies republished with the subsequent changes and
modifications in M.O. no. 1066/17 November 2004.
2. ATAS is a Romanian juridical society, having the juridical form of a limited company.
The duration of the society is unlimited starting from the date it is registered at the
Commercial Register, 28.06.2003
3. The constituted society will be denominated SC LIGHTING MET S.R.L in every act,
bill or any other document . The denomination of the firm will be followed by the
characteristics of the juridical form, the office and the registration number from the
Commercial Register.
4. The head- office will be established in Romania, Bucharest, Mircea Eliade street, no
99-11 and can be changed according to the Associates General Meeting according to
article 199 from law no..31/1990
5. The social capital is 20000000 lei subscribed and paid when founding the society.
6. The principal object of activity is:

7. The lighting products such as luster, chandeliers, standard lamps, fused lamps,
brackets, reading lamps, spots, sniffs, and fluorescent lamps are executed in a number of
over 15000 models and colors. They are certified regarding the quality and correspond
with the norms and international standards and they are addressed to a large number of
potential clients with above medium incomes. They have different uses:
interior fitting out( from apartments to villas, hotels, casinos)
outside fitting out( gardens, parks, alleys , various resorts)
