Summer Holiday Trip 2009

Shimla, Manali, Rohtang, Nainital

We start the trip on the 21 may 2009 from Kanpur at 7 Am by road with Ansar
driver and by New Inova With so much luggage. We reached Agra at 11:15 An then
we reached Mathura and did the lunch in Macdonald, we entered Delhi at 2 pm, we
reached Chandigarh via Sadar Bazar India gate at 9 pm and did the dinner, we
reached Kalka at 11:30 pm and stayed in the hotel (sorry hotel name don’t know). On
next day 22 may we again start the trip at 7am by catching the toy train from Kalka to
Shimla, we reached Shimla at 1 pm by passing through 107 Tunnels , we stayed on
the station near about six hours because Abbu And Pupha went to search the hotel and
at 6 pm they got the hotel Sunrise and we stayed 3 night 2 days in Shimla and on first
day we invite on dinner to Ishar uncles and Asrar phuph’s family in hotel room,
second day we all went kufri ( 16 Km) it is a place of picnic and we only have to go
by horse from bottom to top and we all are bad luck because the climate is very bad
and heavily Raining so we not enjoyed and come back soon by walk on Gobar street
and came back in hotel.
And next morning 25 may at 9 am we all went to Kullu Manali (250 Km )and did
the lunch in green valley restaurant at 2 pm and by passing through 3 km long tunnel
reached Manali at 9 pm and stayed in hotel Prashant.
And next day on 26 may at 5:30 am we all went Rohtang (52 Km) by taxi (Tavera)
and we wired snow dress and reached to rohtang near about 11:30 am, rohtang is
beautiful place compare than other place because all the mountains are covered by
snow white ice
We all have enjoyed very much and come back to manali hotel. After freshing abbu
and phupha went to market ,
Next day we start the trip to Nainital on 27 may at 10 am and reached Saharanpur
(495 Km )at 11pm and stayed in Skylark hotel and next day on 28 may at 9:15am we
went Nainital (380 km) and reached Nainital at 9 pm and abbu phupa and me went to
search hotel and we got the hotel Seeta Kiran and we stayed one night and on next
day 29 may Friday we changed the hotel Channi Raja and stayed 2 night 2 day and we
all liked the hotel very much and Abbu Phupa and me Worshiped in Mosque.
We came back home on 31 may 9 pm we reached Kanpur (480 km) at 2 pm we did
lunch in City Point Restaurant. Our tour ends.
Some reason which was made our tour nice as given below:
1:-everybody’s good co-operation in all matters.
2:-very strong understanding in all.
3:-GPS is very useful thing for by road tour (Phupa’s good decision)
