*Suggestion for Recall :

Production
Workers (Assembly Line, & P. Whse. Worker plus all other positions which
doesn't require technical skills shall follow this system.
a. Employment must not be in the same year.
b. Applicants for Recall must be able to present an employment certificate
from other employer/s after last contract with kawasaki if and only if he is
applying for less than a year from the date he separated from KMPC.
c. Even without Certificate, an applicant for recall may be rehired after 1
year from the date his contract ended.

d. Re-application or Recall employment and his last endo date at KMPC must
not fall into the same year.
