We
define
complexity
as
those
topics
that
have
multiple
causes
and
effects
and
multiple
stakeholders
who
interact
to
continually
change
the
dynamics.
Complexity
demands
that
we
create
dialogue
opportunities
where
each
can
engage
meaningfully
to
arrive
at
collective
decisions
to
achieve
collective
impact.
