Several clutches with 8 eggs per years.
Incubation period at 26C about 80 days.
Temperature
Temperature between 24-28C, Basking spot up to 30C. Night turn down to 20-22C.
Good ventilation is Very important.

Lighting
Daylight fluorescent tubes. For sufficient UV I recommend "UV Lamps" or the
Arcadia D3 Compact" Repti Glo 5 or compact. "Incandescent Spot lamp" for the
creation of a Basking spot.
Substrate
Loose, absorptive substrate Coir, plantation soil, Forest/Orchid bark.
Cage Furniture
Branches for climbing some vertical, various hiding places and a large water bowl
(cat litter tray) with a waterfall or similar make up the basic Setup of the terrarium

(possibly even an Aquaterrarium). Spraying two or three times a day is required as


these lizards drink from the water droplets on the leaves etc., and helps to keep the
humidity up.
Planting is required Ficus benjamina, F. pumila Scindapsus etc. Or artificial plants can
be used if preferred.
Food
Insects (e.g. crickets, house crickets, locusts, cockroaches, super mealworms, wax
moths, etc.). Regular additions of Calcium+D3 and Vitamins are required.
