IMPORTANT NOTES:
ALL registrations expire in July. TEACHERS MUST RE-REGISTER EVERY YEAR.
The online editions require Adobe Version 9

Instructions to Register and Access Online Teacher Edition (OTE) and Online
Student Edition (OSE)
o Go to http://macmillanmh.com/ose
o Select Registration First Time User (bottom right side of page)
o Complete ALL information fields (you can use district or school address)
o IMPORTANT: you must include the EMAIL YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING
o Create an 8 character password, write it down, and click SUBMIT
o You will receive an e-mail right away with the link to activate your access
o Click on the activation link sent in the e-mail (this will verify e-mail user)
o You are now at the Activation Confirmation page
o Click on My Profile
o Go to Teacher Login/Registration
o Type in your e-mail address
o Type in your password and log in
o You are back at My Profile
o Select Add an Online Teacher Edition
o Type in District Code: CA5927GAR0
o Type in ISBN #: See the back of the textbook for ISBN numbers
o Click ADD
o The grade link appears under Online Teacher Editions; for combo classes, you
can ADD more than one grade.
o Click on link and it will take you to your grades Teacher Edition (the teacher
edition you chose will appear) Be patient-it is downloading lots of information
Accessing Online Teacher Edition (OTE)
o Log on to http://macmillanmh.com and choose CA 2005 program
o Click on Teacher View
o Select Online Teachers Edition
o Choose the grade level desired
o You must register the first time you use see above
o Enter your username and password
o Use the icons on the far left to begin using the OTE

Accessing Online Student Edition (OSE)

o Log on to http://macmillanmh.com and choose CA 2005 program
o Go to bottom of opening page with all the book covers and click on the OSE logo
o Use the username and password from the chart below the OSE logo to log onto
the student edition of your choice
o Use the icons on the left side to navigate the book
o Clicking on the cover of the textbook will give additional resources
Accessing Answers to Interactive Text Books (only available online)
o Links for each grade level can be accessed at http://www.ggusd.k12.ca.us/
o From the right side of the page, select Departments
o Next, select K-6 Instruction
o Choose Teacher Resources
o Click on Science under the Curriculum and Instruction heading
o The Interactive Book answers are on the bottom of the page
o Choose the grade level you need

Click on Teacher View
Scroll down and click on California Teacher Resources
Scroll way down to Choose the Interactive Textbook Answer Key for your grade

Directions for logging onto the Leveled Content Reader Library

(Has all leveled readers for all grades available to read out loud and/or print in color or black and
white)

o Go to http://leveledreaderdatabase.macmillanmh.com
o You will see a blue box Log In underneath the submit button in the login
section is a very small white register button. Click on REGISTER
o Enter access code AG0719393 and then click SUBMIT
o Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
o Fill in the following information: click YES to Are you 13 years of age or
older? Type your first name, last name, gender and e-mail address, then click
SUBMIT
o You will see Success Title Registration Successful and will be given a
username and password write down the username and password exactly as
they appear as you will need them to log in
o Select CLICK HERE TO RETURN TO THE HOME PAGE AND LOG IN
o Follow the directions to log in you will then have access to search, listen to, and
print all leveled readers in the database.
