It has been observed that the prescribed format is not followed
for in preparing some of the documents. Hence the faculties are

requested to ensure that the documents are prepared use in the
correct format.
27/09/2014 is declared as working day (Saturday). The Pooja
holidays and Deepavali holidays are declared as follow as

tentatively,

The students are not paid the college and hostel fees are to be

advised pay the amounts at earliest as possible.
Recently reports are received from the really able sources that
second year students of various branches conducted
unauthorized meetings invites first year students both inside and

outside campus which amounts to ragging. Hence the class
advisors are requested to strictly warn the students not to
involve in ragging.

All the class room will have seating capacity 72 members that
are 36 dual desks. Hence the infrastructure in charge Prof. L.
Hariramakrishnan is requested to submit the report to The
Principal on or before 22/09/2014.

In order to avoid leakage of question paper of Internal


Assessment Examination, the following the changes will come
into effect from the forthcoming Internal Assessment
Examination.
(a) The HOD/Deans should collect the soft copies of
Internal Assessment Examination Question Papers and send by
email to exam cell where the question paper will be printed
confidentially.
(b) The question paper should be received by the department for
conducting examinations only on the day of the examinations in
a sealed cover.
Prof. M. Dhakshnamoorthy is requested to maintain a question
papers file of the Internal Assessment Examinations. Each
question paper is to be signed by the staff by teaching staff and
handled the subject and Dean.
Internal Assessment Examination it is scheduled to be
conducted on 18/09/2014 will be postponed to 22/09/2014 due
to the holiday declare view of the Corporation Election.
It is proposal to follow the split- up the Internal Marks for
theory courses as described below to be the students who will
have joined in the year 2013 2014.

(At end of each Internal Assessment Examination I, II & III one
online test conveying all the subjects will be conducted.)
Dr.TamilSelvan HOD/Mechanical department will be the
coordinator for the Common Symposium to be conducted in the
academic year.
The faculties are advised to visit at least one industry per month
to satisfy the requirements of IIPC cell.
The faculties are requested to update the green cards regularly.
The faculties are requested to prepare and submit at least one
project proposal per semester.
Faculties are expected to take at least few topics beyond the
syllabus prevalent subjects handle by them. The details of the
topics beyond syllabus should be recorded in the class log book
and also notes for topics beyond syllabus to be kept in the
course file.
Henceforth the PPT of IQAC monthly report should be
submitted to iqac@snsct.org the hard copy of the PPT should
also be submitted to IQAC in charge through The Principal.
