Change Manager / Lead (5 month contract)
Replaced existing finance and back-office systems implemented in cloud-based software as a service - Cloud
based SAP Business ByDesign, with Finance, Procurement and Project Management at its core, and utilising
SAPs accelerated implementation methodology
Developed & implemented strategies and plans for change management, benefits realisation, communication,
stakeholder management, organisational design, impact assessments, risks, job roles, and key and end user

business readiness for SAP Finance and Student Management streams across an initial group of 230 NSW

Change Program Manager / Lead (6 month contract)
Led and implemented the initial organisational change management activities for the $100 million dollar Transition
and Transformation program to bring in-house multiple services previously outsourced to IBM. Program scope
involved over 90 projects under 14 Towers / Portfolios, as well as the Organisational Restructure and Cultural
Alignment Projects impacting the overall organisation of over 10,000 employees throughout NZ.
This program enables a further 5 year continuance of IBM services to Westpac with a complete overhaul of the terms
set out in the previous 10 year IT&T agreement
Developed Change Management strategies and plans for the first 12 months after carrying out exhaustive and
requisite assessments over all departments and the wide range of stakeholders
Coordinated with 8 Project teams, partnered with and mentored Project Managers on change management
benefits / activities, and negotiated and enhanced relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to identify
challenges, overcome obstacles, establish standards, and leverage strengths to ensure a holistic and integrated
approach to overall solutions delivery
Led cultural change initiatives beginning with Executive Team and Senior Level Stakeholders with a focus
