Land Rover hosted the
event, inviting 250 guests
to enjoy a seasonal barbecue cooked live on-site by
James, while Pixie sang
an impromptu acoustic
set for the crowd inside a
canvas pavilion.
The event, inspired by
Land Rovers #Hibernot
campaign that aimed to
get people out and about
to enjoy the often hidden

delights of Winter.
On the menu the Land
Rover burger sat beside
Smokey Mutton Subs
with crispy lamb breast,
chargrilled pineapple with
black pepper, rum and maple syrup.
James said: Barbecuing is one of my favourite
types of cooking. Its simple, easy and fresh but people would be silly to think
its only for the summer. As
long as you wrap-up warm,
you can make some cracking
winter dishes on a BBQ! Why
not spin the stereotypical

Australian beach BBQ on its

head and have one in Gods
own country. Yorkshire, in
winter? Its been muddy but
a lot of fun!
