Requiresa7.5%oftheconveyancetaxrevenuescollectedeach
fiscalyeartobepaidintotheKahoolawerehabilitationtrustfund
forthelongtermrehabilitationandmaintenanceofthe
Kahoolaweislandreserve.
Providesalternativecivilenforcementoptionsthatmaybeutilized
bytheBoardofLandandNaturalResourcesintheprocessingof
naturalandculturalresourceviolationcases.
Clarifiesconditionsthatmustbemetbyapplicantstoreceivefunds
undertheForestStewardshipProgram.
Changestheamountofthetaxthatshallbedepositedintothe
EnvironmentalResponseRevolvingFundfromfivecentsoneach
barreltofifteencentsoneachbarreltosupportenvironmental
activitiesandprograms.
Providesalternativecivilenforcementoptionsthatmaybeutilized
bytheBoardofLandandNaturalResourcesintheprocessingof
naturalandculturalresourceviolationcases.
Clarifiesconditionsthatmustbemetbyapplicantstoreceivefunds
