ARAHAN KEPADA PELAJAR / INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1. Tugasan ini mengandungi EMPAT (4) soalan sahaja yang disediakan dalam
bahasa modul bercetak kursus ini. / This assignment contains only FOUR (4)
question that is set in the language of the printed module for the course.
2. Jawab dalam Bahasa Melayu atau Bahasa Inggeris. / Answer in Malay or
English.
3. Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan daripada
MyVLE untuk penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda
hendaklah ditaip dengan menggunakan Times New Roman fon saiz 12 dan
langkau 1.5. baris/ Download the language version of the assignment
template concerned from the MyVLE for preparation and submission of
your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times
New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.
4. Anda dikehendaki menghantar tugasan tersebut kepada Tutor Bersemuka
yang mengajar di Pusat Pembelajaran anda./ You must submit the
assignment to your Face to Face Tutor who teach in your Learning Center.
5. Tugasan anda hendaklah diserahkan selepas kelas Tutorial Ketiga/ Kelas
AutoCAD mengikut tarikh perlaksanaan di Pusat Pembelajaran And. / Your
assignment must be submitted after third tutorial/ AutoCAD class according
to your Learning Center.
6. Tugasan hendaklah disiapkan secara individu. Anda dilarang meniru tugasan
orang
lain. Anda juga dilarang sama sekali memplagiat kerja orang lain
sebagai kerja sendiri. /

PENILAIAN / EVALUATION
Tugasan ini menyumbang sehingga 40% daripada jumlah markah kursus
berkenaan. / This assignment accounts for 40% of the total marks for the
course.
Anda akan diberikan maklum balas tentang tugasan ini sebelum Peperiksaan
Akhir Semester bermula / You would be given feedback on the assignment
before the Final Semester Examination commences.

GUIDELINES FOR ASSIGNMENT

1.

This assignment consists of Part A and Part B. Answer ALL QUESTIONS.

2. Use A3 size paper to answer Question 1 & 2. For Question 3 & 4 use A4 size
paper.
3. It is compulsory to draw the border lines for each answer paper that you have
used.
4. Your name, matriculation number and the question number must be written I block
letters on each answer paper.
5. Marks will be given based on the following criteria:

Accuracy
Cleanliness
Good draughtsmanship
Line works

6. All answers must be submitted with a cover page (A4 size paper) containing the
following details:

Your name
Learning center
Matriculation number
Your tutors name
Your telephone and e-mail address

All dimensions given are in millimeter

Answer all questions in FULL SCALE, unless specified

Date of submission: Tutorial 3/ AutoCAD class according to local learning

(a)

Figure 1 shows a template ABCDEFG. Points A, B, C, D and G are tangent

points. CD is a tangent line. F is a vertex of half parabola EF. Draw the
template in full size.

(b) Figure 2 shows three views of a shaped block in third angle projection. Draw
in full size the isometric view of the block in the direction of the arrow shown.
The size of the grid is 10 mm x 10 mm.
Do not show hidden details.

Figure 3 shows the top view and front view of a machine component in third angle
projection. An isometric drawing of the machine component is given on the right
hand top corner. Draw the following views with full size in first or third angle
projection:

(c)

A side view from direction of arrow C.

Do not show any hidden details in all views.
