Establish your presence as an 'Employer of Choice' and interact with NUS students by participating in the
NUS Career Fair. The NUS Career Fair is the largest and most anticipated on-campus recruitment event each year.
Date: Tuesday, 10 Feb 2015 and Friday, 13 Feb 2015
Time: 10am to 6pm
Venue: National University of Singapore, Multi-Purpose Sports Halls 1 and 2

30-minute timeslot to speak at our talk area (Capacity: 30-40pax) located at the Centre for Future
Graduates booth. *Selection of speaking timeslot is based on first come, first served basis.

The packages are for one-day participation at NUS Career Fair 2015.
Employers may choose to book maximum 2 booths for either 10 or 13 Feb 2015 only.
Organizations which would like to construct an industry pavilion are required to notify Centre of Futureready Graduates before booking.

Cancellation request must be made in writing, stating the reason(s) for cancellation. Company would have
to compensate 100% of the booking fee if cancellation is made on 19 December 2014 and onwards.
3.
For companies based in Singapore, payment must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice,
which will be sent after NUS Career Fair 2015.
4.
For companies based outside Singapore, payment must be made before NUS Career Fair 2015, within 30
days from the date of the invoice, which will be emailed to you after confirmation of booking. Payment
must be made via Telegraphic Transfer and all bank administration charges must be borne by your
organization.
5.
For companies that choose not to take up the standard shell scheme, the booth charges will remain the
same as stated.
