Whats new in
Warwick?!
On July 25th we held our quarterly
appreciation day and we hope that
everyone was able to come out, eat
and have fun! Thank you to everyone
that helped make the day awesome,
and a special shout out to our deli
department that helped prepare a
lot of the food!

AUGUST 2015

Thank you to all of our associates

for your outstanding efforts in
raising money for our Veterans
Campaign this summer! We raised
over $17,000 to help support our
local veterans!! Great job
everyone, especially Patty and
Kayla and our front end!! SPECIAL
shout out to Tommy who did an
amazing job collecting donations
at the door throughout the
campaign.
Dont forget the Warwick Senior
BBQ is on August 25th, a Tuesday.

You may have noticed a few signs

up near the time clocks, breakroom,
and handed out with your paycheck
about a cashier named Addy. Addy
is a cashier here at Warwick who
has gone through a rough time
recently after a brain surgery that
did not go as planned.
Addy is making an AMAZING
recovery and has recently returned
home after months in the hospital.
Addys sister is trying to raise
money to send Addy to go see
Taylor Swift in concert in Nashville

Rebecca Proctor
Caller was shopping for an hour and EBT
was not working. Associate, Rebecca,
was offering to pay the order for 75.00
out of her own money.

People on the Move

Joe Dans
Customer said that Joe was very sweet,
considerate, and helpful. She forgot a
water inside after checking out and when
she was coming back for it, he was
already running out with it.

Gina, Marie & Rose!

Customer would like to recommend the
dietitian who is very professional and
"great". While the customer was walking
around the store with the Dietitian, she
noticed Marie who was working the aisle
and claims that Marie is a very hard
worker and very polite. The caller would
also like to compliment Rose from
customer service on her outstanding
customer service skills.

People on the Move is a managerial

training program that allows for our
associates to develop and train for
potential management and full time

THE GOTCHA BOX!

Weve started a new reward program
called GOTCHA! If you are found to
be going above & beyond then you
will be given a GOTCHA! card from
any department or store manager.
Once you get the card, fill out the
back and put it in the lime green box
in the break room on top of the drink
cooler. At the end of each month one
card will be drawn and that associate
wins a $50 gift card of their choice!
