1. Switch yard (Between M4 and M5)
-diameter 400
-make sure the clearance is enough
-request method of statement (MOS)
2. Status of launching shaft (leaking of water at the base)
-Impact of the incident, one and a half month delay. What is the available
float?

What is the progress at factory? How many percent of completion? When
it will be delivered to site?
The backfilling work for the launching shaft had done, now just left the
repairing works at the leaking part.
Lining segment
They will deliver to site before the TBM works start.
3. Other Matters
Point 1: Work under Transmission line
-Owner will forward a person who qualifies the job. (correct the notes
of meeting )
There are 4 options for the method of statement and they are currently
Point 2: Backfilling Work (80m x 80m) South area
-Provide geotextile between clay and sand layer. Geotextile is 1 meter
below the sand layer.
Contractor proposed 5th of February for the presentation. Contractor will
discuss on the geotextile issue.
Point 4: Access Road to M5 site
-Postpone the installation of street light pole & fence by M4
Contractor estimate the Boiler Girders will be delivered at the period from
15th February until 28th February. Therefore, the installation of street light
pole & fence
TNBJ Temporary Jetty
-Contractor has to arrange joint inspection together with consultant
and TNBJ. Follow up with submission of photos and report officially.
Transmission Tower Foundation work in M4 area
-Any outage MOS
-Have to install transducer?
Disposal of excavated material
-Arrange a joint site visit to the designated area. Have to make sure
there is no complaint from the nearby resident.

4. Risk assessment

-Obtain the information that is required by MARSH as required in the

MARSHs report. Refer Email by Mr. Rizwan to Mr. Rosdi on 28.01.2015 on
the same matter.

List of the status of the building plan submission

- early commencement of work that need approval from relevant
authorities. (substructure works) : Make Sure contractor is complying to
this statement.
- Ask Contractor to submit a list of plan building approval submissions
which includes below points:1. All building for M5 project
2. Date of submission
3. Target date to get the approval
4. if rejected/pending/postponed, what is the next action to take?
5. If possible, CC submission letter to TNBWE for record purposes.
6. Anything else that is relevant to the matter
Contractor will submit the master list for the plan building approval
submissions.
Offshore works
-Contractor will resubmit the updated approval today or tomorrow.
-Contractor already appointed HYDEC for the hydraulic 3D modelling.
