OUR AFFILIATION REQUIREMENT

1. A Carpet Space of Minimum 2000 Sqft or above.
2. A genuine commitment to maintain the following is must

Student Teachers Ratio 1:30 with minimum Four Convent Educated Teachers at initial
stage
Minimum One Counselor, One Office Boy, and two child care taker Maids and two child
security staff must be maintained throughout the year. At least two of the official staff
must be well versed with Computer Office Applications.
Minimum Two Computer system with dedicated Internet connections and two official
contact numbers.
Hooter /Security Cameras Minimum Two/ Home Theater(Music Speaker) /Reverse
Osmosis RO Water /Air cooled or Air conditioned Facility is must.
All staff must be convent Educated and preferably from nearby locality.
All affiliated School have to follow same color scheme in infrastructure and walls.
We restrict harsh treatments and punishments to tiny tots.
Unified Student Uniform, Educational Material Provided by Elite Group as its dress code
and Educational Standard norm has to be strictly followed.

3. An acceptance of following General Terms and Conditions is mandatory.

Affiliation can be taken for an Individual School or Master Affiliation can be taken for
particular area. Master affiliate will be paid 15% Royalty from monthly collections.
Schools can charge additional reasonable fee on any other value added services provided
to the students. Elite is not concerned with such additional amount nor it shall be liable in
any manner for such added fee. The School have to disclose additional fee to the parents
segregating Elite Fee and Value Added Fee.
Master Affiliation fee joining is from minimum Rs 12,00,000 Investment for 40 Schools.

Affiliation fee is non refundable in all circumstances.

No Elite convent Chain will be established in your radius area of 3 km.
Affiliation tenure will be for five years.
Taxes as per Government Policy and subject to change.
Child Care and Security must be treated as utmost priority in case of any deficiency
affiliated branch will be solely financially and legally responsible.
Elite is not charging any transportation fee from the branch hence will not be liable
for any transit consequences. Entire Risk & Cost has to be borne by Branch.
Any legal dispute will be subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction .
