Statement:
Work Experience
2. Studied blade materials’ problems (high carbon steel and martensitic stainless
steel) during its manufacturing processes with particular phenomenon of
Metallurgy.
3. Conducted experiments to investigate and to minimize the convex and dishing
distortion of the strip during its hardening process.
4. Performed hardness and microstructural testing of ampco inserts material
(copper base alloy).
5. Conducted experiments at sintering process to improve hardness of bayonet
end blades.
6. Conducted corrosion studies of blades at different manufacturing locations.
7. Conducted accelerated corrosion testing (40C° and 90%RH) of blades in
Humidity Chamber to study the impact of different factors like anti rust oil and
wrapping/packing material on blades.
8. Monitored manufacturing halls atmospheric conditions to save the products
from the corrosion attack.
9. Investigated staining problem in the stainless steel blades after sintering
process.
10. Reviewed & approved customer specifications with regard to metallurgical
requirements (materials & processes).
11. Performed root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions/root cause
fixes.
12. Maintained a safe and clean working environment.
13. Prepared and maintained ISO 9001:2000 QMS in the department.
