New Claim gets created with default Claim ID, Created Date and Created By=RIPL
Enter relevant details
Then click on Load button.
Once Load is clicked claim will be shown to dealer

RIPL user can also directly import claims by preparing a csv in predefined format and the impor
Click on Import button and upload the csv
Records will get imported
Select the relevant records (one or multiple) and click on Apply
After clicking on Apply records are visible in Wholesale Claims applet.
Claim ID, Claim Type, Created Date and Created By get defaulted
Select relevant claims (one or multiple) and click on Load
Claim can be only deleted before they are loaded
Once loaded they will be visible to dealer who is tagged to the claim
Dealer can take export of the claim

In Attachments applet Attachments can be uploaded against claim by both RIPL and Dealer and
Attachments can be uploaded on this screen against the claim
Click on New File button
Browse for the file and upload the same
File gets uploaded
