Make follow up for ensuring that the NCR recommendation is implemented.

(Maintenance department already sent some reports for repairing of many
machines)

Attending the Quality meeting hold by PM and the main points were
1. Arranging the training for fabrication workers and galvanizing workers.

2. Try to improve our NCR system so, we can prevent any delay.(still on the
checking time)

Issues that have had a positive impact:

Improving the checking done by QC inspector.

Make examination for 2 QC inspector in galvanizing and they passed the exam.

Problems that need to be solved:

The inspection time for QC inspector is very slow.

We are sending any injured person to the hospital because we didn't have any
doctor at the company
The lost route card is taken more time to be fulfilled again.
