Working under Dr. John Zasadzinski at Illinois Institute of Technology


Learning theory behind molecular modeling and the steps to geometry optimizations and spectra
analyses
Modeling graphene molecules using Avogadro, optimized their geometry using Firefly, displayed results
and vibrational and Raman spectra analyses using MacMolPlt.
Comparing results of simulations with Dr. Zasadzinski's Raman data to to learn what processes take
place in graphene to produce the Raman spectra it does
Icarus (Quad-copter)

Collaborated with a team to improve the quad-copter's performance in competitions and outside flight
Optimized and improving the code that maintains stable flight
Reduced redundancy in Icarus' code
