a super-duper day of original art, craft, food & music presented by Rhody Craft 100

What: CRAFTOPIA is a juried one-day show featuring hand-made art and craft.

When: Sunday, April 11, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Where: Hope Artiste Village {in the big hallway}, 1005 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.

Logistics: Spaces are 8’ x 8’ and may not be shared {due to oh-so reasonable table fee}. Vendors must provide own table,
chairs & display. CRAFTOPIA will provide space only. There are 65 spaces available.

Cost: Spaces are being offered at the fabulous introductory rate of $40 {it’s our first big show, after all} with a $10 application fee.

How to participate: Send {via snail mail... we know, we know, soooo 20th century} the following to:
CRAFTOPIA, Hope Artiste Village, 1005 Main Street, Suite #2222, Pawtucket, RI 02860

1. completed application
2. $10 {non-refundable} application fee, check made payable to Rhody Craft 100
3. $40 participation fee, check made payable to Rhody Craft 100 {this check will be returned to you if you are not accepted}
4. three {3} pictures of your work OR email {preferred method} 3 jpegs {clearly labeled with your name}

Jury process: Applicants will be chosen on the basis of originality and craftsmanship. All items must be handmade and
what you show us must be in the same family as what you are selling. Absolutely NO resale, imported or mass-produced
items will be considered or allowed at this event. Selections will also be based on creating a well-rounded show
without an excess of any one category. Independent food vendors are invited to apply.

Application Deadline: February 19, 2010. You will be notified regarding acceptance by March 5, 2010.

Refunds: If you need to cancel, refunds will be given up until March 26, 2010. If you need to cancel after that we can
only offer you a refund if we can find someone to take your place {shouldn’t be a problem, but ya never know!}.

Tax Permits: All vendors must supply their RI Tax ID# and submit their own sales tax to the RI Division of Taxation.
If you do NOT have a RI Tax ID, you will need to purchase a temporary one upon acceptance for $10, and then you must
collect 7% RI tax on all non-food, non-clothing sales and remit to CRAFTOPIA at end of show, who will in turn remit to
