Program Contractors Ltd was established in
Hong Kong in 1987 with the focus of become
specialists in metalwork fabrication and erection.
With the injection of new resources into the
area of Building Construction, in 1992 Program
has since expanded its capabilities, and has

steelworks, building construction / refurbishment,
building maintenance, addition and alteration

IV. Install a layer of formwork in 5 days:

DAY 1

Survey and setting out. Followed by the installation of wall and column reinforcement bars
and E&M concealed cable containment.

DAY 2

Install the wall, column panels and the beam panels.

DAY 3

Install the beam side panels and slab panels.

DAY 4

Install the beam reinforcement bars and finish the E&M cable containment. Adjust and
reinforce the wall panels and pillar panels.

DAY 5

Install the slab reinforcing bars and suspended formworks. Pour concrete.

Production Centers and Advanced Machineries

Program spares no effort in investing heavily in advanced machineries and in improving the working
environment of outstanding products.
Program owns and operates 2 production centers simultaneously. They are equipped with advanced
technology with good working environment. Prospero Metal Products (Shenzhen) Co Ltd. occupies
a factory area of 35, 000m2. In 2002, It was awarded with ISO9001 in Quality Management System. It is
totally committed to providing quality products and impeccable services.
Program Metal Products (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. is located in China Special Economy Zone in Gaolan Port,
Zhuhai. The rearest sea-freight harbour vastly facilitates logistic arrangements, of this center with the result
that time and costs are saved. This production center occupies an extensive area of 60,000 m2 which is
almost twice the size of Prospero, its sister production center in Shenzhen. It contains 3 single-storeyed
plants, 1 office block, 1 multi-storeyed halls of residence for the staff, a canteen covering 2 floors, and a
recreation floor, an environmental treatment plant together with other ancillary accommodations.
