In the municipality of Aglipay, 11 couples received family planning services and counselling sessions were conducted for youth, women, and commercial sex workers across 9 barangays. In Cabarroguis, pre-marriage counselling was monitored regularly and legal measures were used to address issues of violence against women and children in conflict with the law. Across multiple municipalities, day care centers and maternal and child health services were monitored regularly. A women's month celebration in the province saw around 300 women participate.
