Responsible : To give Education and to Manage all of Human Resource in
Organizatoin to increase organization performance.

National Strategic Conference (NSC) AIESEC in Bogor

The purpose of the strategic conference is to bring down the global direction of
AIESC to Indonesian context, build national strategic agendas and actions that
will contribute to the development and growth of AIESEC Indonesia and shall be
to foster Leadership Skills and create an intense learning experience for delegates
with but not limited to international exposure, motivation, enxhancing self
discovery, leadership potential and networking people. The delegates are only
around 120 -150 delegates.

National Election Conference (NEC) AIESEC in Yogyakarta

The purpose of election conference is to elect the new national leadership body
of AIESEC Indonesia and to leverage the performance of members by
empowering them with necessary knowledge and skills, create platform to
generate ideas for the long term sustainability of the organization and initiate
leadership transition. The delegates are only around 130 150 delegates.
