Dear patient,
We would like to welcome you to the Charit and this ward. Everyone who works on the ward is available to answer your questions, including those relating to dietary needs and your personal
comfort. In addition to our regular selection of meals, you can
also select from a further range of foods to create your very own
meal plan. The choices available in the additional range are not
part of the regular meal selection.
Every day during the afternoon, we will take your meal orders
for the next day. We would like to point out that, for organisational and logistical reasons, the optional menu options can only
be ordered from the second day of your in-patient stay.
If we do not find you in your room on this round, we will be happy
to make your order for the next day on your behalf. In this case,
you can make use of a form included in this folder to tell us what
you would like to eat. Please leave the form on your bedside
table. If your medical condition means you have special dietary
requirements, you will receive them on the basis of your doctors
prescription.
