We are a group of former corporate executives with wide international and
local experience. We are extremely passionate about helping corporations
to develop their leaders and talents in order to achieve results and gain a
competitive advantage within the growing challenges of a dynamic market
environment over the next years.
Established in 2009 we have grown fast by providing high quality Trainings
and Coaching at local price level. AsiaLeader is already one of the most
recognized brands in the education industry in Indonesia.
Our basic team mainly consists of Germans and Indonesians and is

effective and long-lasting learning experience. The material used comes
mainly from our partner in UK and is unique in Indonesia.
The process:
1. Experience (exercise, game, role play)
2. Individual reflection (prepared evaluation forms)

3. Group discussion about the experience (Learning Arena)

4. Group discussion about key learnings plus additional knowledge sharing

Stefan is an experienced Manager, Business owner, Coach and

Trainer for corporate clients in Indonesia. His professional focus
lies in helping clients to achieve results by developing their
employees in the areas of Management, Sales, Leadership and
Teaming.
He worked 20 years for international companies like Siemens, KPN-Qwest and Nokia Siemens Networks,
mainly in sales and senior management positions. During his various career steps in Malaysia and
Indonesia over the last 10 years, he gained deep knowledge about Asian cultures, people and business
environment. In his last position Stefan was a Director in Nokia Siemens Network, heading a customer
service unit with more than 3000 staff and USD 1 bil. revenue per year.
In order for him to focus on his passion of developing managers and leaders, Stefan started his own
company with the main brand AsiaLeader in 2009 and established a remarkable reputation and client
base in a short period of time. His success is caused by a combination of the latest learning and coaching
methodologies together with his typical German traits like reliability and hard work plus his knowledge
about the Asian mentality and social structures.
Stefan got credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as the first Certified Coach in
Indonesia. He is also a guest lecturer at the London Business School of Public Relations and regular key
note speaker for corporate events across all industries.
Stefan is well known for his mix of discipline, passion and humor. He always keeps his positive attitude
and integrity, which helped him to become a successful professional, a valued friend and respected
business partner.

The name itself associates already a divine-like influence which is the ideal
environment for personal development.
In a tranquil and secluded area in the mountains, approximately 15 min
north of Ubud, you will discover a little resort embedding a seminar center,
restaurant and spa.
A friendly local team is prepared to cater for 10-12 guests, accommodated in
Bali style houses with 2 rooms plus bathroom and kitchenette. An ideal size
for effective seminars atop a natural river surrounded by cliffs and jungle.
All houses have a fantastic view into the trees and down the lush valley.
