Cost vs Benefits overview

For ATCo & ATSEP:


Minimal selection cost
Initial contract (3 years training vs 7 years redemption)
95% success rate need to consider the cost per qualified individual
(and not the catalogue price)
Limited transition training (initial multi-Rating)
They have the required foundations enabling a conversion to managerial
positions with limited retraining time

For EPL / Pilots:


No employer contract throughout the training / no training fee for the students
Training expenses covered by Airlines and taxes on Airline tickets
Few students, therefore a limited cost overall
Highly selective highest possible standards
