Norwell Clinic Help for alcohol and

drug abusers
Marjorie Stirrat and her partner John
provide Bi-Aura and TFT at their clinic
in Perthshire, Scotland. They find the
therapies extremely complimentary to
each other.
Marjorie writes, Norwell Clinic has
been open for three years and we
have been working with drug and
alcohol abuse clients for almost all of
that time. We are waiting to hear
about new funding for the coming
year but as we have had some
wonderful results we hope that we
can continue our work. One client
had many therapies including
cognitive therapy for some years yet
after two months of Bi-Aura and
Thought Field Therapy she could not
believe how good she felt about
herself.
Another client had been too afraid to
travel on a bus on her own for four
years and last week she proudly
travelled to the clinic by herself on
the bus. The pleasure and freedom
she got from that experience was
really wonderful to see. We have also
been working with teenagers and
single parents in support groups. It is
fantastic work I really would not want
to do anything else.
Thanks for letting us know about the
invaluable work you are doing in the
community Marjorie, if there are other
practitioners doing similar work,
please let us know.

Mention energy
healing and auras to
your GP and youll
probably get a look
of disbelief or be told that youre
talking nonsense. Yet its my prediction
that in a few years GPs will be telling
you all about it, as evidence confirms
whats been known for thousands of
years - every human being is
surrounded and influenced by
multiple energy fields called the
human aura.
Theyll be explaining that a
disturbance or disharmony in these
fields leads to ill health and disease.
Some energy healers also have the
ability to restore harmony to the flow
of energy through these fields.
This provides the basis for one of the
most impressive forms of energy
healing called Bi-Aura. Originating
from Yugoslavia and brought to the
UK by Michael DAlton, practitioners
of Bi-Aura work with the energy fields
of their patients by sensing areas of
imbalance and using a combination
of intention and hand techniques to
restore harmony to that region.
According to patient testimony, many
conditions have been eased - and in
some cases, completely relieved within three sessions.

THANKS TO LIZ MALOY AND DAN KAHN

The greatest way of promoting Bi-Aura Therapy is without a doubt through the
exhibitions. Liz Maloy has kindly taken on this most important role of coordinating exhibitions around the country. We will be asking her to set up a
data base on the members site for all who are interested in participating at the
exhibitions.
Many thanks to Liz and Dan for their continual support with the shows in
London, always a joy to work with you both. A great thanks to Dan for his
eloquent and most informative lectures at these exhibitions. It was such a joy to
see so many hundreds turning up to hear our talks at the last show in London.

RECOGNITION

The North East Open College Network awards accreditation

status to Bi-Aura diploma course.
A fantastic achievement by everybody involved - a massive
thank you for all your hard work - Maire Dennhofer
The Bi-Aura Foundation is very
pleased and proud to announce that
its Diploma in Bio-Energy Therapy
has been accredited by the National
Open College Network UK, (NOCN).
It means our diploma course is now
recognised as a full Level 3
qualification (18 credits), and is
equivalent to the nationally
recognised A-Level. The accreditation
process has taken 6 months of
rigourous inspections by the NEOCN,
the final stage of which involved a
panel of experienced professionals
who carefully examined all aspects of
the course from its structure to the
student material we provide. This
accreditation is extremely important

Lesley Gibson, who gave Bi-Aura that

wonderful boost with the Daily Mail
article last year, is standing down
from her P.R. role for The Bi-Aura
Foundation. Lesley will still be active
with us, assisting on training courses
and running her own very busy
practice. She will continue to advise
where she can, but feels that she does
not have the time to fulfill the PR role.
As a consequence the Foundation will
be appointing a new P.R. person in
the near future.
The guidelines with reference to
dealing with the National media
remain the same, so please contact
the Foundation in these situations.

The Bi-Aura Foundation is privileged to

welcome Dr Deepak Chopra as an
honorary member of the Bi-Aura
Foundation.
We are deeply touched that Deepak is
willing to enhance our Foundation.
We, in the Bi-Aura field of healing are
so delighted to have a great man
who has given the world such
tremendous strength and guidance one who is so committed to changing
all our world for the better.
As Founder of Bi-Aura it is a great
honour and a great privilege to
introduce you all to his mission. One
of our practitioners, Liz Maloy from
Islington, London, went to one of Dr
Chopras talks and introduced herself
as a Bi-Aura practitioner. As Deepak is
an honorory member he willingly
had his photo taken afterwords with
Liz. Read our in-depth article about Dr

Dr Deepak Chopra
Acknowledged as
one of the worlds
greatest leaders in
the field of mind
body medicine,
Deepak Chopra
M.D. continues to
transform our
understanding of the
meaning of health.
Through his creation of The Chopra
Center for Well Being in California in
1995, Chopra established a formal
vehicle for the expansion of his
healing approach using the
integration of the best of western
medicine with natural healing
traditions. Dr. Chopra serves as the
Director of Education at The Chopra
Center, which offers training
programs in mind body medicine
(Journey into Healing). The University
of California, San Diego School of
Medicine has granted continuing
medical education credits for this
program, which satisfies requirements
for the American Medical Association
Physicians Recognition Award.
Through his partnership with David
Simon M.D. and numerous health
care professionals in both
conventional and complementary
healing arts, Chopras work is
changing the way the world-views
physical, mental, emotional, spiritual
and social wellness.

Potential
What prompted Deepak Chopra to
expand his view of conventional
medicine to embrace complementary
treatments from around the world?

Formerly the Chief of Staff at Boston

Regional Medical Center, Dr. Chopra
built a successful endocrinology
practice in Boston in the 1980s.
Chopra realised in his medical
practice that there was potential in
western medicine for the establishment
of a new life-giving paradigm, one
which encompassed the fundamental
principle that perfect health is more
than just the absence of disease. He
began to envision a medical system
based upon the premise that health is
a lively state of balance and
integration of body, mind and spirit.

Published works
Chopra is known worldwide for his
published works. The author of more
than 35 books and more than 100
audio, video and CD-ROM titles, he
has been published on every
continent, and in dozens of
languages. His newest book, Grow
Younger, Live Longer: - 10 Steps to
Reverse Ageing is out now.
Deepak Chopras popularity as an
international presenter and keynote
speaker is exemplified in an
impressive list of honorariums.
Chopra has been a keynote speaker
at several academic institutions
including Harvard Divinity School,
Harvard Business School, and Kellogg
School of Management. He is the
recipient of the Einstein Award
through Albert Einstein College of
Medicine in collaboration with the
American Journal of Psychotherapy.

A LETTER
FROM
LIZ MALOY
This last year has been an amazing
one in my role as a Bi-Aura
practitioner and one in which I have
learnt a great deal. I have been
predominantly practising from home,
giving home/workplace visits where
appropriate, some remote sessions
and some animal treatments too.
Although the last year has brought
clients with all manner of challenges
and ailments, I have been particularly
drawn toward the treatment of people
suffering from stress, loss, emotional
challenges of all ilks, working with
children and also women with fertility
issues. No day is ever the same and
in fact each client is such a gift I feel
such gratitude to have been called
upon to do this work. I never fail to
learn something new and my clients
really are the source of such
inspiration!
Having just returned from a visit to
New Zealand where I met some
incredible souls and introduced the
idea of Bi-Aura to many, I have been
invited to return in the future to give
clinics at various places including a
Naturopathy college and various
complementary health practices. The
word is definitely going global!
As we all know, change is the only
certainty so with that it mind and
without saying too much at this stage,
on the horizon, there is the prospect
of practising from a well established
London clinic and I hope to move into
the corporate world in the future thus
meeting my need for variety.
On a personal level, my life has never
been better, another factor which I
attribute to the overall balance that
practising and receiving this
wonderful therapy brings. I have
some fabulous friends, family and
colleagues within the Bi-Aura circle
and beyond, people with such gifts I
feel privileged to know you. Have
faith and the universe provides! Love
and joy to you all Liz Maloy XXX

Dear members,
Maire has asked me to compile some
case studies for the web site.
Although I have managed to collate
some great examples from the student
studies, it would look even better to
have practioners input. We are
looking specifically for clients who
have experienced near or total
remission from e.g. arthritis ME, MS
etc, we also require a testimonial
letter that corroborates exactly with
the practitioners report. It does not
have to be in great depth but it
should contain details of:
1. Client background
2. Ailment and its effect
3. Number of sessions attended
4. Summary of session progress
I dont need original records, e-mail
me with details if you can.
I do hope you can help with this.

Feel Good Show
Saturday 01 May, 2004

The Bi-Aura stand at the Feel Good

visitors feeling good after visiting it.
Bi-Aura therapists were on hand all
through the exhibition explaining
what Bi-Aura is and giving taster

The highlight of the Bi-Aura
experience was the great response

What a great
success it was!

The radio interview was amazing as

challenged the population of
Winnipeg to try a session before they

us if it would be possible to do a
follow up on this story and we
agreed.
Over all, Michaels first visit to
Canada was a great experience. He
was greeted warmly by everyone he
met and they were ready to support
him in everything he did.

We are setting up a course in

Winnipeg, Manitoba in March of

hasnt stopped since. We are getting
