    All the Districts/zonal bodies are here by inform that the 63rd Mr.& Jr.Mr. Punjab,2014 competition
    is going to be held o 01-03-2015 on Sunday at AL-FLAH HALL THE MALL LAHORE under the auspices
    of Punjab Bodybuilding Association . This event is organizing by the LAHORE BODYBUILDING
    ASSOCIATION Mr. Jan Muhammad secretary LBBA will be the organizing secretary of the event. All
    Zone confirm the number of team member and their officials.
    The above-mentioned competition will be held in following body weight categories.

    It was decided in the general council meeting of PBBA that the age of Jr participants will be 21years the date of birth should be from 01-12-1993 regarding this all Jr, participants should have their
    original NIDC. The decision of the observing committee will be final in this regard. The above said
    competition will be conducted under the given programs:

    1. (NOTE) This competition will be conduct on ZONAL biases


    2. All the districts will be deposit annual subscription and remaining arrears.
    3. All zones are here by informed that the association will provide one night hotel stay no any
    extra person allow to stay with payers or officials any extra will bare their own expense.
    4. Official meeting will be held before the weighing.
    5. Weighing will be start at 4.00 PM To 6.00 PM on 28-02-2015
    6. Judging will be start at 08.00 PM on 28-02-2015
    7. Final will be on 1, March, 2015 at11.00 AM at Al-Flah Hall the Mall Lahore
    All concerned are requested to do their best for the success of the competition
    Note( Register your players before 15-02-2015 as per Government of Punjab orders no any player
