Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices on Sexually Transmitted Infections and Gender Orientation among the students

of the University of Northern Philippines


The aim of this survey is to examine the knowledge, attitudes, and practices on Sexually Transmitted Infections
among UNP students. We appreciate your participation; however, your participation is voluntary. The questionnaire
will be answered anonymously and the information from your answers will be kept confidential.
The result will be used to increase the awareness on UNP students knowledge, attitudes and practices to STIs and
findings will provide a basis for the improvement of sexual education programs targeting teens and young adults.
