CONSULTATION UPDATE

#4_2 MAR 2015

This report provides a weekly snapshot across the three key feedback channels for consultation on the 10-year
budget: Written feedback; Digital activity; and Have Your Say events. Information is preliminary only and likely to
shift as further feedback is received and coded.

The transport video launched this week and the social media outreach program has gained momentum, resulting
in good pick up in the online LTP conversation this week. The community is getting well-practised at using the
hashtag (#LTP2015), resulting in 138 eligible submissions via social media this week.

In terms of what the conversation is about, we can now see individual topics coming through: motorway,
libraries, rates and choice are all frequently used words per this weeks conversation cloud below. Discussion
peaked at times around the living wage and our Have Your Say events.

This coming week the main theme for digital activity will be continue to be transport, supported by the Auckland
Conversations event on 2 March, and a blog on the CRL. An online chat will take place on 5 March (7-9pm).
