ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st and 2nd read above, Government have denotified
the Siddipet and 6 other Gram Panchayats so as to declare the same
Gram Panchayat areas as Siddipet Municipality and declared the
same Gram Panchayat areas as Siddipet Municipality.

The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment,
Hyderabad, in his letter third read above has informed that as per the
report of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Medak, the
Mandal Praja Parishad, Siddipet was having twenty five (25) Mandal
Parishad Territorial Constituencies. After constitution of the Siddipet
Municipality, Siddipet Mandal Praja Parishad has lost eight (8) Mandal
Parishad Territorial Constituencies.
Therefore, he has requested the
Government to reconstitute Siddipet Mandal Praja Parishad.

Government after careful consideration have decided to
reconstitute the Siddipet Mandal Praja Parishad with the remaining
seventeen (17) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies, subject to
outcome of W.P. pending in the High Court of A.P.

Therefore, the appended Notification will be published in an
Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated
11/03/2013.
The Commissioner of Printing, Stationary and Stores Purchase,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following
Notification and furnish (50) copies to the Government.

The District Collector, Medak is requested to take necessary
action to publish the Notification in the District Gazette, for information
and wide publicity of the public.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections
(1) and (3) of section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act,
1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 13 of 1994), the Government of Andhra
Pradesh hereby reconstitute the Siddipet Mandal Praja Parishad with
headquarters at Siddipet in Medak District with the following Mandal
Parishad Territorial Constituencies, subject to outcome of Writ Petition
pending in the High Court of A.P.
