Client Description
RNAIPL (Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Ltd) is a joint venture of RENAULT
based in Paris, France & NISSAN based in Yokohama, Japan. This is the Indian
subsidiary of RENAULT NISSAN Alliance. It has a big Manufacturing Facility in Chennai,
which has a manufacturing capacity of 400,000 vehicles per Annum. The capacity is
devided equally between Renault India Private Limited and Nissan Motor India
Private Limited. In India, Renault India has 16 Dealers in 16 cities across 9 states
and Nissan Motors has 31 Dealers across 31 cities in 14 States.
Scope of work

Support & Development to RNAIPL in MM.

Role

Constant interaction with the client for the better understanding of the Business
processes and identifying the gaps in the area of material procurement and
Supply chain management teams and delivering solutions mapping with SAP.
Closely worked with Master Data Management Team.

ITC entered the field of paperboards in 1975 when it incorporated Bhadrachalam
Paperboards Ltd. The new company was setup as a integrated paperboard
manufacturing facility and commenced operations at Bhadrachalam in Andhra
Pradesh, 300 km east of Hyderabad. The Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division
came into existence in November 2002 with the amalgamation of ITC Bhadrachalam
Paperboards Ltd. with ITC Ltd. and incorporates Triveni Tissues.

Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE document and
sign-off with users for Business blue print document.
Configured MM organization elements Plant, Storage Locations, Purchasing
Organizations and assigned to overall enterprise structure.
Configured Masters, which includes Material master, Vendor master Source List and
Purchasing Info Record.
Configured Material types and assigned number ranges for different material types.
Configured document types and number ranges for PR, RFQ, PO, Quantity Contract,
Value Contract and Scheduling Agreements.
Determined and Configured Price Determination Process with necessary calculation
schema, condition types, access sequences and condition tables.
CIN configuration : For plant (Paper Manufacturing unit), configured excise
group, series group, configured excise registers number range for RG 23 A,C & D.
Configuration & Maintenance and Updation of RG23A,C & RG1 Registers of Country
India Version.
Configured Release Procedure with Classification for PR, PO and Service entry
