Ward 4 D.C. Council front-runner Brandon Todd will remain on the ballot for the citys April 28
special election, the D.C. Board of Elections ruled Monday, ending a challenge to the candidate's

With West Dupont Circle's liquor license moratorium set to expire this spring, a working group of the
local advisory neighborhood commission is preparing to recommend that it be renewed with looser

Gonzaga won its first WCAC boys basketball championship since 2008 by rallying from a doubledigit fourth-quarter hole to pull off a 77-68 double overtime victory over DeMatha last Thursday.
Wilson girls basketball enjoyed a Cinderella run in the DCIAA championship, but they fell to
Anacostia in Friday's title match.
Despite a home-court advantage, the Coolidge boys basketball team fell to Woodson in the DCIAA
championship on Friday.
The D.C. State Athletic Association has released the pairings for the boys and girls basketball city
tournaments.
