Job Overview

The Clients Junior Managers Program is their global concept to

prepare executive talents for the future. A hands-on approach is
used to coach and train qualified young talent to take on a
leadership role within the company. As a Management Trainee
within the next 18-24 months, the program will deliver to the
selected candidate as follows:
Individual choice of program components, functional
focus according to personal interests/abilities.
Four to six assignments in diverse functions and
locations including one in a different country.
Integrative work concept: project assignments combined
with day-to-day business.
Agreement on goals prior to assignments, feedback on
their conclusion.
Personal mentor and support from members of senior
management.
Wide-ranging further education opportunities.

Responsibilities

1) Take care of special projects and lean production and new

initiatives.
2) Production coordination.
3) Handle other tasks as assigned by the production lead.

Knowledge

a) Master degree welcome but not essential.

b) Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or
Industrial Engineering with excellent academic
achievements.
c) Initial practical experience in engineering but must not
exceed 5 years working experience.
d) At least 3 months international experience, for example
international internship or overseas studies covering three
(3) consecutive months.
