I, Tess Buzz, of legal age, single, with postal address at Barangay Sta. Cruz Villa
Iloilo City, hereinafter known as the MORTGAGOR, and Boy Abonda, RCBC Manager as a
duly representative of RCBC Bank , with postal address at Tabuc Suba Jaro Iloilo
City hereinafter known as the MORTGAGEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of eight
hundred thousand (Php. 800,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is
acknowledged by the MORTGAGOR upon the signing of this instrument, payable
within a period of 5 years, with interest thereon at the rate of 10 % per annum;
That for, and consideration of , this indebtedness, and to assure the performance of
said obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way of CHATTEL
MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, his heirs and assigns, the following

That this Chattel Mortgage is given as security for the payment to the Mortgagee,
of a certain promissory note, dated April 8, 2013 for the sum of eight hundred thousand
pesos (Php.800,000.00) with interest thereon at the rate of 10% per centum per annum,

and effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided by law.
