Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Apex Tool Group, LLC (Sponsor). The
Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
with, Facebook.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.
A. Dates of Sweepstakes: The Sweepstakes will begin Friday of each of the
following weeks at 7:00 AM ET and end Thursday of the following week at 11:59
PM ET (each week, a Sweepstakes Period):
a. Week 1: Friday, March 13, 2015 through Thursday, March 19, 2015
b. Week 2: Friday, March 20, 2015 through Thursday, March 26, 2015
c. Week 3: Friday, March 27, 2015 through Thursday, April 2, 2015
d. Week 4: Friday, April 3, 2015 through Thursday, April 9, 2015
e. Week 5: Friday, April 10, 2015 through Thursday, April 16, 2015
B. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals (Entrants) who are
residents of the United States residing in one of the 50 United States or the
District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in
their state of residence, whichever is older, as of the time of entry. If you are not
a resident of the United States or you are not required age as of time of entry,
you are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or to win a Prize.
How to Enter: During the registration period, you may enter the Sweepstakes
through the Sponsors official page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/armstrongtool)
(the Website) by clicking like and creating a comment on the Sponsors official
Facebook post for that weeks Sweepstakes timeline post which will be posted on the
first day of each Sweepstakes Period. It will be necessary for the entrant to click the
like button and create a comment of the weekly contest timeline post to be eligible
for the weeks prize. After completing this step the entrant will automatically will
receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that week. Deadline for registration is
11:59 PM ET on the last day of each Sweepstakes Period as listed in Section A, Date
of Sweepstakes, above. Valid sweepstakes entries must be received by the Websites
administrator on or before the deadline for registration. Limit one (1) entry per
person for the duration of the contest. Normal Internet access and usage charges
imposed by your Internet service provider or telecommunications provider will apply.
Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the
Facebook account submitted at the time of entry. All entries become property of the
Sponsor and will not be returned.
Ineligible Entries: Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and
manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic
submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script,
macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these
or related email or IP addresses may be blocked. Entries will be disqualified if found
to be incomplete and/or if prohibited multiple entries are determined. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify contestants. Contestants shall not enter multiple
times in a contest period or enter with a fake Facebook account. Fraudulent activities
will be monitored and will lead to exclusion.

Alternative Method of Entry: Individuals may also enter by sending a mail-in

entry containing their name, address and telephone number and/or email address
to Apex Tool Group, 14600 York Road, Suite A, Sparks MD 21152, ATTN: FAY/
Armstrong Echo - Sweepstakes Giveaway. Deadline for receipt of mail-in entries
is 11:59 PM ET on the last day of each Sweepstakes Period as listed in Section A,
Date of Sweepstakes, above. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of
the
contest.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing
the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technical
problems. When applicable the website administrator's computer will be deemed
the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes promotion.
D. Conditions on Participation: If the entrant is unable to verify eligibility
information the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be
forfeited. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing
address and/or telephone number of entrants. Notification is deemed to have
occurred immediately upon Sponsor placing a congratulatory post on the
Sponsors official Facebook page (www.facebook.com/armstrongtool) referencing
the winner by name or by placing a phone call or sending of an e-mail or any
other form of communication Company may use to contact the winner.

each Sweepstakes Period as follows:

Only one (1) prize will be awarded per Sweepstakes Period. A prize is not
exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash or a substitute prize except
in the Sponsors sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for
damage or loss resulting from shipping and handling.
The prizes must be accepted as awarded and entrants hereby acknowledge that
the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any
warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law,
relative to the prizes, including, without limitation, to the prizes quality,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or express warranties (if any)
provided exclusively by a prize supplier. The prizes are not transferable or
redeemable for cash or exchanged for any other goods. The stated approximate
retail values of the prizes are based on available information at the start of the
Sweepstakes.

Week 5 Prize: For Week 5 Prize winner to take receipt of the Week 5 Prize
(Armstrong 125pc 125th Anniversary Set HUGH) they must first fill out in
complete detail and submit a W-9 from the Internal Revenue Service. Once
the W-9 has been has submitted, processed and confirmed by the Sponsor,
then and only then will the Sponsor send the Week 5 Prize to the Week 5 Prize
Winner at their contest registered address.
Winner[s] may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize or redeem any prize
for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute all
or a portion of any prize with an item of comparable value. All prize details are
at Sponsors sole discretion.
The odds of a Contestant winning the Week 5 Prize vary, and depend on the
total number of valid Entries by all Contestants for that week.
Taxes: By accepting any prize, a winning Contestant agrees that he or she is
responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as
any other fees, costs and expenses, associated with acceptance of the prize,
and making all required filings with federal, state and local taxing authorities.
The Week 5 Prize Winner will be required to fill out and complete a W-9 in
order to take receipt of their prize.
F. Tampering: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all
respects. These Official Rules are accessible from the Website throughout the
Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in
disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has
violated any Official Rule, is suspected of tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website has gained unfair advantage in
participating in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES) FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO ATTEMPTS
TO, OR DOES, DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.
G. Winner Selection/Notification: Odds of winning depend upon the total number
of eligible entries received. A total of ONE (1) winner will be chosen per week. A
list of the winners may be obtained on written request to Apex Tool Group, 14600
York Road, Suite A, Sparks MD 21152, ATTN:
FAY/ Armstrong Echo Sweepstakes Giveaway. Winners will be notified via Facebook post on the
Sponsor official Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/armstrongtool) or through
mail, email or telephone for a winner from a mail-in entry. Potential prize winner
will have three (3) business days to respond to the Facebook post or other contact
and confirm their complete mailing address and eligibility. Any Facebook post
which is not responded to within three (3) business days or any prize returned as
non-deliverable will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail returned as undeliverable. Allow 2 to 6 weeks
for shipment of prize by mail following notification. Prizes will only be delivered to
addresses within the United States.
H. Publicity; Use of Personal Information: The Sponsor will retain the entrants
Like of the Website indefinitely and any personal data for a reasonable period of
time to enable it to send that entrant any prize that they have won and to verify

that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. This data
may be passed to a third party to enable such third party to fulfill any necessary
requirements relating to the award of a prize.
By participating in the
Sweepstakes, all winner(s) grant the Sponsor exclusive permission to use their
names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with
promotion of this and other contest and waive any claims to royalty, right or
remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants
agree that the Sponsor may use such information for marketing purposes, and
may include the names of winners in a publicly available winners list posted on
the Website. Any other use of personal data will be in accordance with, and
subject to, the Sponsors Privacy Policy (http://www.apextoolgroup.com/privacypolicy).

Release: Entrants and prize winners agree to release, defend, indemnify and
hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook and each of their respective officers,
employees, directors, parent and related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
agencies and any other companies participating in the design, administration or
fulfillment of the Promotion (collectively, Released Parties) from liability of any
kind or nature for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind or any other costs
or expenses resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance,
possession or use, misuse or awarding of a prize or parts thereof, including,
without limitation, any injury, damage death, loss or accident to person or
property. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,
modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should any fraud or other causes
beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness or
proper conduct of the Sweepstakes and no compensation will be payable.

Governing Law; Disputes: The Promotion will be governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any
choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application
of any other states laws.
Sweepstakes entrants hereby consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland in any
claim relating to or arising from this Sweepstakes.

K. Trademarks: All trademarks and registered trademarks used on the Website

and in the Sweepstakes are the property of their respective owners.
