The KMD 250 Multi-Function Display is the newest addition to the Bendix/King Integrated
Hazard Avoidance System (IHAS) family. With traffic and data link weather capabilities, this
3-inch-high moving map display with terrain and an optional internal VFR GPS is an ideal
safety solution for any General Aviation aircraft. It features a sharp 3.8-inch-diagonal active
matrix liquid crystal display (AMLCD).

At the heart of IHAS, the KMD 550 serves as both display and controller for the latest in
multi-function technologies. It is flexible and upgradeable, allowing you to add new safety
sensors, such as moving map technology, weather avoidance, traffic advisories, and terrain
warning, at any time, and in any order. In addition to permitting simple field upgrades, the
modular design allows each function to operate continuously in the background, regardless
of what has been selected to display. Unique Power Keys allow you to push the button of
the screen youd like to see and change your screen instantly, and programmable soft keys
add flexibility for configuration and set-up use. All this is viewed on a razor sharp, five-inchdiagonal active matrix liquid crystal display. See weather, traffic, and terrain.

powerful, highest performance TCAS I system ever offered to General Aviation pilots. It works by interrogating
the ATC and Mode S transponders of other aircraft. The CAS 66A then processes this information and
displays the positions of surrounding aircraft. Featuring the same patented interferometry processing and
advanced antenna design as our TCAS II/ACAS II systems, the CAS 66A provides the best direction and
