Knowledge is Power.. Know what your child is doing at all times

Speak to your child about Internet Usage: advantages and


dangers
Determine what your child is doing online.
Discuss the various sites that your child visits
Supervise internet friends know who your child is chatting
to
Monitor online activity. Parents MUST periodically review the
history of online activity.
Place the computer and tv in a central place in your home. Do
not put a tv or computer in your childs bedroom.
Restrict access to social network
Parents MUST check their childs cell phone regularly.

Cyber bullying is becoming very popular amongst learners. Please


speak to your child about what they are saying or posting about
their friends.
It is wonderful to own a cell phonehowever it does come with
RESPONSIBILITIES!!

Honeydew Drapers
They have received all their stock. Please ensure that your child
wears the correct PE uniform.
Admissions 2016
Admission forms for Grade 1 2016, may be collected from the
school on 13 April. Grade R parents wanting their children to attend Grade 1 in 2016, must apply as well. There is no automatic
admission into Grade 1.
Grade 7 Parents must also contact their high school of choice to
get further information asap.
