Susan Munroe and Terry Smith-Santa Fe, NM Real Estate


Brokers. These two really know the Santa Fe market. During a
combined 15 years as Realtors, this husband-and-wife team has
successfully represented Buyers and Sellers with care and
perseverance.
Susan and Terry, both former executives at the National
Geographic Society in Washington, D.C., moved to Santa Fe in
1995. They were married at the Palace of the Governors on the
Plaza, settled into a condo in the Guadalupe Historic District,
and then moved to a bigger spread on Old Santa Fe Trail where
they live with their dog, Vida.
Susan holds an Accredited Buyers Representative designation from the National
Association of Realtors and particularly enjoys helping Buyers find their perfect home. She
uses her listening and communication skills to help clients make their transactions stressfree. She is a steely negotiator. An avid reader intrepid world traveler, in recent years, she
has traveled to China, India, Cambodia, Thailand, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Singapore and Cuba.
On her most recent trip she stayed in the U.S, visiting Maine.
Terry, a former U.S. Marine officer, has a background in public policy and non-profit
development. He known for his keen attention to the details of a transaction and for his
customer service. Terry has served as board chair of the Santa Fe Conservation Trust and
as a board member of Kitchen Angels. He is a passionate fly fisherman and amateur
astronomer. Youll see him around town. Hes the guy on the green scooter.
