Mr. Williams needs to attend a business convention in China so he booked a flight.
Mr. Williams:

Id like to inquire about the flight availability to China on March 28

and please give me the cheapest flight available.

Travel Agent:

Certainly. Why dont you get an economy class flight? Actually we

have an ongoing promo until March 31 so its only $200.

Mr. Williams:

That sounds great!

Travel Agent:

How many of you will be travelling?

Mr. Williams:

Just me and if its possible I would rather fly in the afternoon.

Travel Agent:

Oh, Im sorry but we dont have available flight in the afternoon

anymore. Would it be fine if you get the morning flight? We have
8:20 and 10:30.

Mr. Williams:

Ill have the 10:30. Ill call you again after half an hour. I just need to
get the card number of my company.
