The Caveman Power Diet - Successful Foods
The Caveman Power Diet - Successful Foods
Certain foods increase the chances of the successful selection of genes (organisms), because they
contribute to the health and survivability of a species. Within populations, some foods have been
(and still are) an important deciding factor for who survives, and who doesn't. For example; a
sudden dissapearence of protein sources could wipe out an entire population of carnivores. Nutrient
deficits in the environment have been the cause of many extinctions, but thankfully, we humans
shouldn't have to run into that problem! The point is, that food types are critical to health.
Humans developed into a robust intelligent species because of they way we drew up on mother
nature's nutrients. Some nutrients are better than others, and because of the massive variety of food
available in developed countries, you can take advantage of this and favour the successful foods.
Dysgenics? Eugenics? Adaptation?
To put it simply; Some foods take, and some foods give. Usually there's a bit of both, but the idea is
to eat foods that mostly give. Eg; too salty/fatty/sugary food takes, balanced nutritious food gives.
You can feel thirsty after a a bag of crisps, but feel great after a eating an apple. Learn to identify
which foods can give and/or take by utilising sight, smell, touch, taste, and the after effects of
eating.
Survivalists will usually smell a food, then rub it on their arm to check for skin reactions, then rub it
on their lip because the lips are more sensitive, then on their tongue to check for repulsive tastes,
then swallow a tiny portion and wait 15 hours, and then increase the portions slowly if the previous
portion caused no ill effects. I can envision a crafty primal man doing something similar. Imagine
if you did this with a doughnut? :)
Your body delights in successful foods your biology rejoices. It's completely natural, and we just
have to learn to re-teach our brain to delight in successful food. Fortunately, this is quite easy,
because it mostly involves unlearning than it does learning. The instructions are already in your
chromosomes, and they're waiting for you to listen to them.
Favour successful foods that give to your body.
