How job adder will make your recruitment easier

No more application packs. All selection criteria will need to be in the advert for the
applicant to address in their cover letter.

Instant publication of ads on job boards including intranet and website. No more
waiting for Tuesday and Thursday vacancies.

No more double handling of ads. Post ONE ad and it is placed on MULTIPLE job boards
(of your choice)

Bulk email functionality. No more having to email unsuccessful candidates separately.

Ability to search a national database for potential candidates within LWB. Note we
still need to keep aligned to the policy on what positions are to be advertised
internally and externally.

Quick and easy access to recruitment statistics and reports. Reports such as time to
recruit, where the applicants are applying and placement reports are now available.
