The DOJ Report identified a pattern of use of excessive

force, including deadly force within APD. The Report,
however, did not acknowledge the experiences of all
marginalized groups. This Tribunal will be an attempt to
highlight the problem areas excluded from the Report and to
include some of the silenced voices in order to present a
more holistic perspective on this troubling and persistent
issue and put APD on trial.
