Divine Mercy Sunday

The Sunday after Easter is universally observed throughout the Church as Divine Mercy Sunday. St. Pope John
Paul II established the Feast of Divine Mercy Sunday
during the canonization of St. Faustina in the Jubilee
Year 2000. Our Lords great promise: The soul that will
go to Confession and then receive Holy Communion
shall obtain the complete forgiveness of sins and punishment. We want to encourage everyone to take advantage of this incredible promise on this Great Feast of
Mercy.
Fr. Mel invites everyone in the parish to attend the Divine Mercy Sunday Devotion with Exposition of the
Blessed Sacrament on Sunday, April 12th from 2:30
3:30 p.m. in the Church. A cake reception will follow in
the Hall.
