IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Application Forms must be returned with FULL payment to Netball Queensland seven
days prior to the offer
2. Course is subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled if sufficient registrations are
not received.
3. Course is subject to maximum numbers and once met, no further enrolments will be
taken
4. Confirmation email will be sent once application has been processed
5. This form becomes a tax Invoice upon payment
6. Course fees are non refundable unless the participant cancels an enrolment seven days
prior to the course date, in which case a 75% refund will be granted on request
ENROLEMENT PRE-REQUISITES:
1. Participants must have at least knowledge in netball
2. Attending at least 5 month tranning with level 2 or 3 coach that registers in our academy

Offer Letter World Netball Camp

Things like the above are referred to:
I like the name above is undergoing practical training with some netball team in this
area, and I'm continuing my practical in this netball Netball Academy in Sydney
ranked 3rd in the final stages ie during the year.

I will spend my practical in december and the academy has organized a camp
of netball camp for all practical participants worldwide to provide opportunities for
trained team showed their interests and ways of learning for participants with
practical, Therefore I propose and invites you to participate in this camp that took
place as per the schedule below:

My participation in this event is open to all teams brought my amp and does
not obligate them to follow, it is based on your wishes and desires of each, each of
them follows this process will be subject to a fee of USD 80 per person including
airfare and accommodation in hostels available. The remaining costs will be borne
by the network of assistance has participated in these costs.
Each participant must sign this application not later than the 6th march, as places
are limited. any problems please contact me directly, once again this camp does not

obligate anyone and it is open to all people who are interested shipyard in this sport
with the conditions set forth herein.
