EDUCATION HISTORY
2006 Fork-lift Certificate
2006 Completed and passed courses in WHMIS, H2S Alive, Transportation of Dangerous Goods,
First Aid and CPR. I have taken these courses every three years since 1990.
1985 Received Parts Man Certificate (#VC6473) from Lethbridge Community College.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Employed as Parts man for in house fleet of vehicles and equipment.
1990-2001 Northstar Energy, Turin, Alberta (now Vista Midstream Solutions Ltd.)
I was employed full time as the Materials Coordinator. With the purchase of the Turin
Gas Plant, Vista eliminated this position. My duties included, but were not limited to the
following:
- Managing a warehouse on a day-to-day basis, including daily computer inputting
of parts and updating inventory data base;
- Maintaining inventory of pump parts, compressor parts, engine parts, pipe parts,
flex gaskets, etc. and all items which would be regularly used in the day to day
operation of the Gas Plant;
- Purchasing of office supplies and plant supplies;
- Purchasing of operation parts for the plant and field machinery and equipment,
and endeavouring to obtain the best price from Vendors as well as maintaining a
good working relationship with these Vendors;
- Keeping an up to date inventory of parts on hand and doing monthly inventory
report to Calgary via computer link;
- Preparation of Purchase Orders on a daily basis;
- Shipping and Receiving of parts;
- Hot shot driving in order to get parts as soon as possible, as well as working with
Purolator and Airport to receive parts;
- Working with Mechanics and Operators on plant shutdowns to ensure efficiency
and quickness;
- Work with Calgary Head Office on purchasing for Capital Projects;
- Attended at Gas Plant in Hamburg, Alberta to set up parts warehouse;
ACHIEVEMENTS
2000 Received 300,000 kilometre accident free driving award from Northstar Energy
2000 Received Safety Award for Eleven years accident free within the industry
2003 Received Silver Award from DCA Canada (Chrysler Canada)
2008 Received Safety Award for three years accident free within the industry
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
I am an eager, energetic, healthy and hard working individual with strong communication skills and
customer service skills. I am dedicated, committed and a team player, endeavouring to keep the best
interests of the company in mind at all times.
I coach youth bowlers involved in the Youth Bowling Council; A volunteer at the 2002 Little League
Canadian Championships held in Lethbridge as well as many other tournaments and other Little
League functions.
