Computational and informatics approaches were used to identify miRNA targets. Salient features of

Analyzing the data using consensus from the various softwares
Developing a code to divide the query amongst the available nodes of the supercomputer

1. Project on Calculation of harmful effects of liquid mosquito repellent using material and
energy balances, as part of a course Process Calculation.
Scored 92% marks
2. Group Project on Phone Bill Model Abstraction and Plan Mapping followed by implementation as a
part of the minor elective course E-Commerce.
Developed a model which suggested the best available tariff scheme based on the mobile phone
bill of a user and his call behavior.
Developed a code in C for optimization and designed user interface using Drupal.
Scored A grade in the course, where evaluation was entirely based on the above mentioned project

PRIZES WON

My team was responsible for handling huge amount of


transactions (more than 50 lakhs), highest ever at
Shaastra.
Brought about more transparency in the finance dealings
ensured by effective usage of the finance portal
Reduced transactions in cash done by the students.
Formed the framework of hobby club finance in the
wake of the upcoming ambitious project of CFI (centre
for Innovation) which involves a huge initial investment
of about 80 lakhs rupees.
Coordinated with a team of about 60 people (the largest
for any department at Shaastra.)
Along with the External publicity team we made
Shaastra a brand name amongst student community in
India, resulting in a 40 % increase in the number of
outstation participants in Shaastra 2006.
Learnt the importance of keeping the psyche in a good
humour irrespective of the intensity of situation being
faced

Won second prize at workshop conducted by Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd which required
presenting solution to a given case study
Won gold medal in table tennis All India Mahatma Hansraj Zonal tournament 1999 (an inter DAV
competition)
Hold green belt in Taekwondo under the authority of Taekwondo association of India
