INTERNATIONAL COCKTAILS DRINKS

Brandy Based drinks


1. STINGER
1 jigger brandy
jigger crme de menthe white
Shake and strain into cocktail glass or into an ice filled fashioned
2. BRANDY
1 jigger brandy
1 jigger crme de cacao
1 jigger crme
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top
Shake and strain into cocktail glass
3. SIDE CAR
1 jigger brandy
jigger triple sec
jigger lemon juice
Garnish with slice lemon and red cherry on the rim (sugar rimmed glass optional)
VODKA BASED DRINKS
4. HARVEY WALLBANGER
1 jigger vodka
1/3 jigger Galliano
4 jigger orange juice
Build all ingredients except Galliano into an ice filled highball glass. Top the Galliano.
5. SALTY DOG
1 jigger vodka
4 jigger grapefruit juice
Build all ingredients into salt frosted rim highball glass. Garnish with slice lemon in the
drink.
6. SCREWDRIVER
1jigger vodka
4 jigger orange juice
Garnish with slice of orange and red cherry on the rim.
7. KAMIKAZE
1 jigger vodka

1 jigger triple sec


jigger lemon juice
A slice of lemon
Shake and strain the ingredients into shooter glass. Garnish with slice of lemon.
8. BLOODY MARY
1 jigger vodka
4 jigger tomato juice
3 dashes lemon juice
Worchestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Build or stir into a highball glass. Garnish with slice of lemon and celery stalk in the
drink.

GIN BASED DRINKS

9. DRY MARTINI
1 jigger gin
1/3 bar spoon of dry vermouth
1 piece of green olive
Stir gently the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice then strain into a pre-chilled
martini glass. Garnish with green olive
10. SWEET MARTINI
1 jigger gin
jigger sweet vermouth
1 piece of red cherry
Pour the gin and sweet vermouth into the mixing glass containing ice. Stir gently , strain
into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with red cherry.
11. GIN FIZZ
1 jigger gin
jigger lemon juice
simple syrup
4 jigger soda water (stir-in)
Shake all the ingredients except the soda water. Strain into a Collin glass with ice. Top
the soda garnish with a slice lemon and red cherry on the rim.
12. TOM COLLINS
1 jigger gin
jigger lemon juice
gomme syrup
4 jigger soda water (stir-in)

In some countries a dash of angostura bitter is added.


Build into an ice filled Collin glass stirring in the soda last of all. Garnish with a slice of
lemon and cherry in the drinks. Serve with straw.
13. BRONX
1 jigger gin
jigger sweet red vermouth
jigger dry vermouth
jigger orange juice
Share and strain into a cocktail glass.
14. GIMLET
1 jigger gin
jigger lime juice
Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass with ice and stir. Garnish with slice lime in
the drink.
15. NEGRONI
1 jigger gin
1 jigger sweet red vermouth
1 jigger Campari
Build over ice an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a half slice of orange in the drink.
Serve with stirrer.
16. ORANGE BLOSSOM
1 jigger gin
Dash triple sec
2 jigger orange juice
Shake briskly and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with slice orange and red cherry on
the rim.
WHISKY BASED DRINK
17. MANHATTAN
1 jigger bourbon
Dash of angostura bitters
jigger sweet vermouth
1 piece cherry for garnish
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir briefly and strain into a prechilled martini glass, garnish with red cherry.
18. OLD FRASHIONED
1 jigger bourbon
1 bar spoon syrup
Dash angostura bitter
Pour bourbon, syrup and bitter into an old fashioned glass with ice. Then stir.

19. RUSTY NAIL.


1 jigger scotch
jigger Drambuie
1 piece red cherry for garnish
Build all the ingredients into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with red cherry.
20. ROBROY
1 jigger scotch
1 jigger angostura bitters
jigger sweet vermouth
1 piece red cherry for garnish
Build all ingredients in an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with red cherry.
21. WHISKY SOUR.
1 jigger bourbon
jigger simple syrup
jigger lemon juice
Slice of orange and cherry for garnish.
Pour bourbon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a
pre-chilled whisky sour glass.
RUM BASED DRINKS
22. CUBA LIBRE
1 jigger rum
Splash of cola drink
Slice of lemon
Pour rum into the highball glass with ice and cola drink. Squeeze the slice of lemon and
drop into the drink.
23. MAITAI
1 jigger rum
1 jigger pineapple juice
1 jigger orange juice
jigger triple sec
grenadine
jigger lemon juice
Slice of pineapple and cherry
Blend all the ingredients into a rock glass with ice stir thoroughly. Garnish with a slice of
pineapple and a cherry.
24. PINACOLADA
1 jigger rum
1 coconut crme
3 jigger pineapple juice

3 slices of pineapple fruit


Blend all the ingredients wit crashed ice into a squall glass. Garnish with pineapple
wedges and red cherry. Serve with straw.
25. MOJITOS
jigger rum
1 dash simple syrup
1/3 jigger chilled soda
3 leaves fresh mint
jigger lime juice
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Crush mint leaves. Add crushed mint to the highball glass with syrup and lime juice. Fill
half of the glass with ice. Pour rum into the glass, then top with chilled soda. Stir well
and garnish with mint leaves.

TEQUILA BASED DRINKS


26. TEQUILA SUNRISE
1 jigger tequila
4 jigger orange juice
Dash of grenadine
Build the tequila and orange juice an ice filled highball glass, stir, add the grenadine, do
not stir.
27. MARGARITA
1 jigger tequila
jigger triple sec
jigger lemon or lime juice
Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with slice of lemon on the rim.
LIQUEUR BASED DRINKS
28. SHIRLEY TEMPLE
jigger grenadine syrup
1 bottle seven up
1 cherry and 1 slice of orange for garnish
Stir the ingredients thoroughly in a Collins glass. Garnish with slice of orange and a
cherry. Serve with straw.
29. GARIBALDI
1 jigger Campari
4 jigger orange juice
Build into an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a half slice of orange in the drink.

30. GRASSHOPPER
1 jigger crme de menthe (green)
1 jigger crme de cacao (white)
1 jigger fresh crme
Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a red cherry on the rim of
the glass.
