WHY THIS JOURNAL?

It is possible to live a simpler, less hectic life. It is possible to live


a life more full of meaning, and less full of busy. But it doesnt
usually happen by accident. It usually takes thought and
reflection. You usually have to make some new choices, on
purpose.

You have to be honest with yourself about who you are, where
you are, and where youre meant to be.

You can do that. You can spill out your dreams and ideas, your
inspirations and ambitions. You can explore new directions. You
can wonder out loud. You can think about who you are, who you
were made to be, and what you were made to do.

This journal can be your guide. No one has to see your pages,
except you.

Claiming your ideas and your identity in print is powerful stuff.

How to Find Time to Do What Matters. I wanted you to be able
to easily get your thoughts on paper, so I gathered all the

There are no page numbers or headings, because I dont want


anything to get in the way of your inspired notes or sketching.
