Registration 2016
Application Forms for Grades 1-7 will be available at the
guard cabin from 13 April.
Applications may only be returned to the school from 05.30
21 April in the school hall.
Documents Required:

Learners unabridged birth certificate

Parents / Guardians ID Documents

Proof of Residence (Valid Lease agreement OR Lights &

Water account in parents name)

If Divorced copy of divorce order

Proof of Guardianship / fostership if applicable

Immigrants : Temporary Resident Permit & Study Permit

Registration for Grade R is currently in progress. Application
forms are available at the school.

Please Note: Incomplete Application Forms (missing documents) will not be accepted & Falsification of any information
will jeopardize your childs application for Admission.
